  3. Arrange Pickup/Shipping: If you accept the quote, we’ll coordinate a local pickup or provide prepaid shipping labels for you to send the collection to us.
  4. Get Paid: Once we verify the contents and condition (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt), we send your payment immediately via your preferred method.

Q: How fast do I get paid?

A: We pride ourselves on fast payment! Once we receive and verify your collection (typically within 1-2 business days), payment is sent immediately.

Q: What payment methods do you offer?

A: We offer several convenient payment options:

  • Cash (for local meetups)
  • PayPal (Friends & Family or Goods & Services, whichever you prefer)
  • Venmo / Zelle
  • Certified Check

Q: Is your quote final?

A: Our initial quote is based on the description and photos you provide. It is almost always final, provided the items are received in the described condition and completeness. If an item is missing or the condition is significantly worse than described, we will contact you immediately with a revised quote for your approval.

Q: Which gaming systems are you interested in?

A: We are interested in nearly all systems, including, but not limited to:

Q: Do you buy non-working consoles or damaged games?

A: Yes! We often purchase non-working or “for parts” consoles and accessories. Please be clear about the condition when submitting your collection, as this affects the valuation. Damaged games (e.g., heavily scratched discs, cracked shells) are also evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Q: Do the games need to be complete (CIB: Complete In Box)?

A: No, we buy games in all conditions:

  • CIB (Complete In Box, with manual)
  • Loose (cartridge or disc only)
  • Boxed (with no manual)

Games that are CIB or factory sealed will naturally receive a higher valuation.

Q: How do I get the collection to you?

A: We offer two primary methods:

  1. Local Pickup: If you are within our service area (e.g., mention your state/city region), we can arrange a secure and convenient cash pickup.
  2. Prepaid Shipping: We will email you prepaid, insured shipping labels and instructions on how to safely pack your collection. You simply drop the boxes off at a designated carrier location (e.g., FedEx, USPS).

Q: Who pays for shipping?

A: We do! If we are shipping the collection, we cover all shipping and insurance costs. You will not pay a penny for shipping.

Q: What if the collection is damaged during shipping?

A: All of our prepaid shipments are insured. As long as you follow our provided packing instructions, any damage that occurs during transit will be covered by the insurance, and you will still be paid the agreed-upon amount.
