2.2. Final Offer (Binding): A final, binding cash offer will be made only after your collection has been physically received, thoroughly inspected, and tested by EZCashForGames.com staff.

2.3. Condition Discrepancies: If, upon inspection, the actual condition, quantity, or authenticity of the items significantly differs from your initial description, EZCashForGames.com reserves the right to adjust the final offer or withdraw the offer entirely.

3. Shipping and Inspection

3.1. Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for securely packaging the items to prevent damage during transit.

3.2. Risk of Loss: EZCashForGames.com assumes risk of loss only upon the physical receipt and acknowledgment of the package by our facility.

3.3. Declined Offer/Return Shipping: If you decline the final offer, or if items are rejected due to being counterfeit or severely damaged beyond repair, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 4. Payment and Final Sale
